Default Lobster Pasta

Came up with this the other night and it was fantastic, as well as making 3 tails make do for 7. I will send pic's to Natedogg in hopes he will post them for me, because I am special(tard) and can't do it on my own! With all the bugs being taken this season it's been fun finding new way's to prepare them, this was a big hit for my guests. Enjoy and Happy/Safe Holiday's to all my Brothers!

3 1 1/2 -2lb tails quickly boiled, put in icebath remove meat and rough chop
One package of your favorite pasta(I used penne for this)
2 cans diced tomatoes
half can tomato sauce
1 small onion diced
4-6 garlic cloves diced
1/4 stick of butter
3tsp olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
handfull chopped basil
salt and pepper to taste

Add olive oil to a large saute pan under med heat and cook onion and garlic until onion is clear, carfull not to burn garlic.
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatos and white wine, reduce heat to low and cook for about 30 min.
Add chopped Lobster meat and butter to sauce and let simmer until pasta is done.
Boil pasta at this time, drain and toss with the sauce.
Right before serving garnish with chopped Basil and Lobster shells
