I had some on a trip to the Galapagos. One of the guy's we took there knew alot of the people in town. On the last day of our trip I used his buddies resturant to make dinner for all the friends we made during the trip. There was a place at the edge of town where the the panga fishermen came in to sell fish for 3 hours a day. I got some local Slipper Lobster and Pargo for a seafood pasta, and still kicking Wahoo for the grill. It was a really cool experience, this was back in 02 and sportfishing was illegal. There was two local Swedish brothers who where setting up a 24 open Skip Jack for sportfishing when it opened up in the future. If and when it does it will be the hottest place to fish or spearfish because it is untouched and WFO!
