Default Anyone knows how to rent a two harbors mooring for memorial day?

I need a mooring in Two Harbors for memorial day weekend, but I can't get off work until Friday afternoon. Does anyone own or knows someone who owns a Two Harbors mooring and wants to rent it out for Memorial Day Weekend? I'm not even sure this is possible, but I figure I'd give it a shot.

Thanks,
Ming

Sorry I have no info on moorings

It will be tough to get a mooring and I think they are first come first serve.

Thanks Roger. You had some awesome recent reports BTW. As for the moorings, I thought that some people owned certain moorings. I'm not sure if they could rent it out to other people. I know the mooring owners can make reservations.

Good luck!
It's gonna be a mad house out there.
If you don't get a mooring. Try getting on your radio for someone to side-tie too. Sometimes they'll be out asking if someone needs to sidetie.
I did it a couple years ago. They'll charge you and you'll still have to pay the harbor master. I paid $100.00 for the weekend

Fishnit is right, an absolute mad house !! Most those moorings that can be rented are at least 2-3 yrs. deep in reservations, and the first come ones will probably be taken by wednesday. I wont be going anywere near that place that weekend, Im thinking of something more peaceful and tranquil, a Place were mature people go to reflect on the true meaning of memorial day........ like Havasu ..... just kidding.
