Default Abu Garcia customer service

I just had a great experience with the service dept for Abu Garcia reels. I had a used reel I purchased last month that started to not free spool. I called the service dept and they said to send in it to be looked at. Well today UPS dropped off my reel and to my suprise, instead of repairing my 2005 model they gave me a new 2006 model at no charge. This is what I call good customer service, just like Shimano has done for me in the past.

Just wanted to pass along a good report about a company that seems to treat customers right.
