Default Lost dive gear 3/1

Went diving with Yutaka,John Hughs and Tony

On the first dive of the night Tony had a problem with his bc and the tank fell to the side while diving and was pulling the regulator from his mouth.

He surfaced and could not find his bc inflator and he took off his bc which sunk and was lost.

Tony put on Johns set up and went looking for his lost gear but no luck. John did a quick dive and also had no luck.

We then decided to go lobster diving again and we finished with 5 lobster each.

I dropped Yutaka off at the dock and its about 11pm and me,Tony and John head back out to try to find Tony's gear.

I did a 40min dive at 90ft looking for the gear but also had no luck so we gave up and headed in.

3 days later on 3/4 (Tuesday night) me,MikeLB and Julian go divng and I decide that I will do a 15min dive looking for Tony's gear and Mike will do a 15min dive in hopes of finding it.

12min into my dive I found Tony's gear

We give Tony a call and say guess what we found he is very happy and we told him to meet us back at the dock when we are done diving.

So with the dive gear found we got busy with the lobster diving and finished the night with limits of bugs for the 3 of us

Estimated replacment cost of Tony's lost gear $2000 (bc,regulator,dive computer,lobster bag,steel tank,and dive light

Thats got to be a big relief for that diver.....nice going dudes. Thats more expensive then dropping a 50w and an all roller set up over the side :)
