It is 22R that has been modified, it puts out around 220HP and has twin mukunis, The stock 5 speed transmission is still in the truck. The rear has 4.88 gears and is totally beefed up to take the abuse. There is 16" of travel in the back and 12" up front.
I still have my drag car, I used to be on the divisinal NHRA trail racing in G/SA and H/SA stock eliminator. I race a 73 340 Duster, that turns 11:30's. |

I have built up many 22R motors from carburated, super charged, turbo and NOS.
I had one motor with twin 50mm mikuni's with NOS but my fasted motor was a intercooled turbo. Tell me more about your motor what brand pistons and the compression? who ported the head? What size Mikuni's? What brand header? |
